This is a message question for the government of Australia and ABC news Australia. Share with your government and Law Commission and the judge who has responsibility to give answers to my questions in the court. For the everyone who is waiting for your answer: *Do childcare workers have the right to change a nappy? *Do they have rights to wash children? *Do chilcare workers have the right to touch and play with a child? *If the childcare worker has the rights to do what listed above why are you charging him with a sexual assault? *Why are you charging him with not just one but more than hundred cases? *Why are you not charging to supervisors, managers and minister's who responsible for the care the children? *Why childcare do not have a camera? *Why children aren't protected by the help of camera? *Why you judge him like prisoner sex harassment not auctioned like raping, kidding etc. Why no judge raping and kidding each other like prison? We shouldnt judge the chidcare worker for their work in taking care of our children; We should judge the absent supervisor, and the absent minister - They're not held accountable to actually observe childcare cases! When theyre supposed to be the first line of defense. To judge just the childcare worker causes a lot of problems for all childcare workers, making them rightfully fearful, stressed out, because if a 4 year old comes over to them crying, instead of just giving them a hug and soothing the distressed child, the worker will be thinking 'i may go to prison!' How can we trust many of the claims of the sexual harassment when we see innocent people being charged and tried ams punushed for it? Those with social power, power in the court of public opinion, are causing problems by being so frivolous with their accusations! Question for the ABC: When you look at overseas reporting of this case you see balanced presentation of evidence, the complicated testinmonies that destroy this black and white narrative. However, When you cover the case in Australian we only see a biased coverage of the events of the trail - Why are you not showing us all the information? Example of an Australian volunteer teacher in Uganda: You publushed the the interviews with the teacher, with her primary students, and the university graduates and you publish everything! How can we identify and solve our problems if you give more balanced and full coverage to stories in Uganda than you do in our own country?? We must protect each other and criminals shouldnt be able to buy their innocent, and ABC is getting in the way. I'm not going to publish this video, because i don't want to bring violence; But when the ABC publishes these videos, they bring violence to the Australian volunteers in Uganda! This is an example of the failure of current media. Never forget that information has consequences - sometimes violent consequences - so we need wiser people in charge of the ABC; Because right now we have news motivationed by smear campaigns, personal rivalries, and the most expensive opinions - and people lose theirs safety and livelihoods as a consequence. If youre child is so happy to see their worker that they will run from you to them to give them a hug a play with them, doesnt that tell you that they did a good job? How could we assume from seeing that theres sexual harrasment involved?
