Made with Fresh Tapioca,, Just try once and enjoy the taste with your favorite spicy side dish..
Ingredienrts
Raw and Fresh Tapioca - 400gm
Roasted Rice flour - 2 to 4 tbsp.
Onion - 1/4 cup
green chilly - 1 no
Curry Leaves
Grated Coconut
Salt

Hi if you wash after grating all starches and minerals whats the use of it.first remove the center stem and cut into a big chunks wash it tgen grate it after steam it..this will retain all nutrions of marallvallli kizhalngu(casaca)

Raw cassava contains cyanide, which is toxic to ingest, so it is vital to prepare it correctly. Bitter cassava is hardier but has a much higher cyanide content.. so we boil this in plenty of water and drain the water once cooked.. . here in Kerala we will not steam cook Tapioca.. always boil in plenty of water..

this way we make raw tapioca puttu .. grind and wash to remove the toxicity.. or you can squeeze out the milk and use the grind tapioca to make puttu..
