Wow…this just hit my feed… when I was in my early 20s I had a job on the M/T Birk… I was a deckhand… she looked old and rusty… We were always painting her… The reason she looked that way was because we were rarely in Port… and when we were we didn’t have time to do anything because of the unloading and after that it was time to clean the tanks and get them ready for the next load…as he stated the motto of the company was anything liquid… I am 65 years old now, and this brought back memories for when I worked for the company… Wow…
