She has a lot of potential. If Schizas decides to retire after the Olympic season, Kara seems to have very solid technique to be the next up and coming star in Canada. Canada should send her to more international events so she can build up her confidence at the senior level and get all the minimum scores!

Several good triples including one triple triple. She needs to get rid of useless arm waving, or downward ice sweepings, or one arm straight pointing to the front. To dance she needs to learn to use her neck, waist, and legs.

Many many female skaters overuse their arms. Kara's upper body carriage is pretty good for her age. Hopefully Buttle will help polish her as she matures.
