Water.................1ltr
Salt to taste......1.5 tbl spn
chilli flake.........1 tbl spn
red chilli powder...1 tbl spn
tomato paste 200g
green chilli ......5-7
ginger garlic paste...2 tbl spn
bay leaves....3
black paper 1/2 tea spn
cloves 1/2 tea spn
cumin seeds 1 tbl spn
cinnamon stick.3-4
mix well & cover for 30to40 mnt for meat tendering.
next step for toping and garnishing with
brown onion.............. 1 medium size
lemon............ 2 with slices
garam masala powder .........1 tea spn
yogurt . ................1 cup
mint coriander leaves ..........5 tbl spn
green chilli ...............5-7
food color as per your likeness or 1 tea spn
Boiled Rice...........1 kg
cooking oil............100 ml
kewra essens....1 tbl spn
brown onion.....1 medium
