The thing here is the key ingredient which is tomatos. If you make a paste of tomatos or if you first boil and peel and then make a paste or if you add tomatoes slices directly with a little water all 3 of these methods produces different taste. The one that is authentic and tastes best is adding tomatoes directly and then removing their skins after then turn in to a gravy.
