For all those asking about sample olives, it’s actually sambal oelek chilli paste. I thinks it’s a typing mistake. Sumera is saying sambal oelek but it’s written as sample olives on the screen.

Ur cooking is verry unprofessional u added the chicken breast on cold pan this could cause dry chicken breast due to realising of juices secondly u ised steel whisk in ur nonstick cookware and u said 1 tbsp tomato paste and 1 tbsp of flour and by looking the quantity was way more than a tbsp plz tell proper quantities

Yes and there are times appropriate utensils are not In hand I make sure to use wooden on nonstick when I use nonstick pans but after all we are humans too
