You seem to be drunk up on Bollywood stereotype characters. Tamil brahmin dont use deccani urdu nor checkered lungi both belong to hyderabadi Muslims. South indians use more of shudh hindi / sanskrit version rather than this deccani urduised version. This is cheap copy of Bollywood racism on indians of different region .

Just copied some Bollywood stereotypical characters. This is how Bollywood displays racism against different regions of india. What great research was done ? Which tamizh priest use checkered lungi ?? Can you show me one ? They use weisthi ( white ) it is hyderabadi Muslims costume . So was his deccani urdu . South priest should have used shudh / sanskritised hindi inspite of accent not deccani language of hyderabadi Muslims. Little research could have revealed that but cheap copy is what we have here

Tamil priest never wear checkered lungi they wear only weisti ( white dhoti) , those are hyderabadi Muslim costumes.
