I love the format: short explanations as you go, and an open game where we can see what's going on inside the head of the players, which helps see how the game feels. Now, at 22:00, the Klingon subtitle indicates that the Druid's battle is a 4th action? It's actually a mandatory consequence of her 3rd action (Explore, after Gather x 2), so we're good, here, right?

Karak 1 and 2 are fantastic games! Me and my gf play karak 1 all the time and she crushes me a lot in it! (And yes, we are adults) I needed this for karak 2 as the rules are really poorly explained imo

The run-through would be more immersive if you called the heroes by their names or archetypes rather than referring to them as "right brain" and "left brain."

Love the original Karak game. Wished they build a bit more on the character and the same game mechanics. Refine the current game. I was critical about Karak II. But your video showed me it CAN be interesting. Before the focus was more on the character and its abilities. That's what I like in a dungeon crawler/RPG. But seems to be an okay mix of farming/building. A pointer, we don't know the details an mechanics of the game, who sometimes a bit more explenation is very welcome. Why moving the slider on top of the characterboard all of a sudden 2 spaces. Byt great video and happy to see an english version! keep it up!

All dungeon crawls that Rahdo runs through need to provide a way to play with a Rahdo character as he runs through the dungeon.

This would both allow Rahdo to be in the dungeon during the runthrough AND also play with Rahdo while playing the game.

Hmmm isn't the mechanic of framing resources set that you can only farm if you moved into an area? You did farm without movement

Looks really cool, my son would love it but not sure about the competitive nature... he would want it Co-op. Cant figure out why the other player would get plagued when you get double damaged... seems odd to punish the other player

You're the first of the english speakers to review this. Please go a bit more in-depth please. And finish a game. Certain game mechanics are uncertain. Love your videos. But like I mentioned, you're the first english speaking person to review it, tell us more about the mechanics. How to put out the tiles on the playerboard and such. Why does it go from 1 to 3 all of a sudden? Things like that

God I hated the fighting arenas from the expansion to the first Karak. If you got dragged into a fight with a stronger player, they stronger player upon fighting you and winning would take your only weapon leaving you totally weaponless and useless ruining your rest of the game. I get it, it's for kids, but as a parent playing this game, I suffer deeply inside. I'd rather scratch a blackboard with my nails than play Karak. Looks like Karak II is similar in this style. This is a miss for me.

We love the battle arena in Karak 2 and think they add just the right amount of spice.
