Karakal PU Duo Super squash grip Review

All right. I'm going to do a review for the Karakal PU Duo Super Grip. It's the Karakal PU Super DUO Grip. As you can see here, I've had this on my racket for quit awhile. I'm actually not using this anymore because I'm using the regular PU Super Grip, which I prefer a lot over this one.
That's probably a good segue into would I recommend this grip? I would say, "No." Like the other Karakal grips, it's got fairly good tackiness to it, which is fine. What I really don't like about it is all these different ridges. Now when I'm playing, I like to have kind of this thickness over here without a ridge to put my fingers on. I actually like to wrap my rackets so I don't have many, many ridges like this. I find it's really distracting when I'm holding the racket. I'm kind of fumbling where to put my finger. To me, it doesn't feel good in my hand. I don't know. There's too many ridges going across my hand and my fingers. To me it really doesn't feel good.
That being said, I would recommend this grip for somebody who likes to have a clear ridge to lay their finger on. I know some guys who like something to rest their index finger on especially. If that's the case with you, then maybe this grip would work better for you rather than the regular Karakal grips, or other grips on the market.
Also, I do find it's more durable than the regular Karakal PU Super Grip. For what reason, I don't know, but I've never actually worn through one of these. I've used for a couple months at a time. I've used all the different colors and it seems to not wear out. That's a good positive about it, but I would not recommend this grip for somebody who gets distracted by these ridges. If you do like a ridge to put your finger on, then maybe go for it, but otherwise I would recommend staying with the regular Karakal PU Super Grip, which I review in another video.
