I bought the red one but quickly seems loosing the strength and the light became weak, the blue seems more resistant but after a while even the blue loose the strength, do you have an idea why? or is an item with an expiry date?

That could because of low quality product. Try finding one which is original. Once the diode get's hot the intensity of light will reduce. There's nothing like expiry date...

Open and check if there is dust or something Gone inside. If not then laser must be defective. Get it replaced.
