something that could help you process the words is pronouncing small parts of it then putting it together! or breaking words in smaller chunks. it could help you memorize it but i wouldn’t recommend it if you were learning japanese through romaji. an example of breaking it in smaller chunks could be like “uchinomesarete”. you could break it down like “uchi nome sarete” or break it down by hiragana (u chi no me sa re te). good luck! practice makes perfect!
