5:15 here Kuroo, their captain, is refering as everyone in the team as blood who have to keep moving, receiveing perfectly so that the mind (Kenma) can work at his best, that's why Kenma finds it embarasing. Nekoma is a team that almost always starts slow, they first don't worry to much on the other team scoring point, instead focousing on analysing them, and before you know it you are losing to them. 6:37 that libero has earned the position of starter libero in a team where everyone is solid at receiving, in a sence you could call him their ace, though they have an actual ace of their own, but I mean it as a concept 7:46 it is simple, Hinata doesn't do anything very complicated yet, except how fast and high he jumps, he didn't even aim until this episode because he had his eyes closed(now he has them open but it's not as fast), but good teams adjust fast to things like that 9:28 Kuroo is a third year Kenma told Hinata he is a second, the flashback was from one or some months year ago 15:54 the huge difference is that Asahi's match was part of an official tournament, they have few chances to go to nationals throughout high school and to get there you have to win the tournament in your prefecture, because the one they are on is small and has few schools only one team can go, so you can't lose even one game. 7:45 it is "way too simple," but if you think about it, so is Karasuno's strategy at this point. It's either Hinata gets it, or they give a high toss to someone else, using Hinata as decoy. They have like 2 plays in their playbook. Shut down one and you can basically shut it all down. 10:51 yep! It is a practice match after all. Losing is essentially inconsequential. So you might as well use it to experiment and learn as much as you can. If I was a coach, I would always use this approach in practice matches 11:50 he didn't hit it because he was trying to hit their super fast freak quick with his eyes open, something he's never done before

Not sure if you noticed. Kageyama and Hinata’s ultimate attack is currently known as ‘The Freak Quick’ where Hinata trusts Kageyama 100% to get the ball to Hinata’s hand for a spike that is faster than anyone can see coming the first time. Hinata opening his eyes during a freak quick made him miss because he is now trying to use his head which limits his reaction time to spiking.
