I know who she is. Just saying she and her partner are pretty ladies.
This is not non sense... Go watch MMA not Traditional MartialArts... There you find what you are looking for...

@@m5a1stuart83 She is teaching crap - I can't be bothered to explain the fine details of how to do an oi-tsuki or GyakuTsuki, how to shift the CG bend the knee and let the body mass fall forward etc...but what she is teaching here is total crap....I suggest you watch instruction videos maybe by JKA's Naka Tatsuya or someone else..may be Kanazawa...Or Nishimura from Wado-Ryu, once the head coach of Japan's kumite team. This girl is teaching a crap way to punch gyaku-Tsuki or Oi-Tsuki that will touch an opponent but NEVER hurt him...then leave your face in position for a counter-strike. It will get a person killed in MMA for sure.

There are lots of KZbin videos justifying Ayumi's technique. She is so fast , and it's so effective. That's the reason why she's currently No.1 in the world of sports karate (WKF). An apple is an apple and orange is an orange. WKF is WKF, and MMA is MMA. No point of comparison.

@@coop2011r But Karate is karate...this type of movement is good for tapping your opponent lightly, with no real power....WKF is not really karate is it?
