KARATINA TOWN is a town located along the Nyeri-Nairobi highway.It is located about 24.6Km from nyeri town or 30mins away.
It is also referred to as part of the expansive Mathira constituency which is one among the six constituencies that form NYERI COUNTY.
Karatina is a vibrant area with a high population and numerous job opportunities for potential job seekers.
It boasts of three major shopping outlets, accessibility to a number of major banks and saccos.
Housing is also affordable here, also karatina used to have the largest open air market in east and central africa before it was modernised to a 3 storey market.
