Because of the specificities of the rollers (the part in the middle), you have to use only one side to clean stuff such as sauces, eggs or mud. This prevents them from getting stuck in the middle and leaving marks. That was you mistake.

Thanks for your comment! Sure thats helpful/can be a workaround but we still think the design itself could have been a bit more "suitable" though.

Not optimal i´d say. Hair can wrap itself around the rollers and then jam it altogether. You have to check it once in a while and get rid of any hair which may have been stuck there. (for instance with scissors)
