Hi Gerald, glad the video helped. We tend to flick over quickly with the normal hoover first and then get stuck in with the Puzzi. The hairs simply collect in the front collection bucket and there's no issue with any of the filters. The Puzzi 100 is more than man enough for our dogs hair. We make sure everything is nice and clean afterwards, ready for the next time we use it. Hope this helps, regards, Richard

I bought one of these about 6 years ago, and I have never regretted it. I have 3 Great Danes, and the Karcher can take anything they throw at it. This thing is about 200% better than the pathetic upright-vacuum-style of vacuum cleaner I have owned in the past. It is a serious machine that does serious work. But it is not inexpensive.

Thanks for the review. Just a question. Is it possible to use the spray function without suction? I prefer to pre-soak my rugs to get the stains etc out.

We are just thinking to buy the Kaercher Puzzi 100 and your clip helped a lot - because we also have a dog! But one Question pls, what about the dog hairs, do you have problems with cleaning the Puzzi an it`s filters?

I've been trying to find a review of the latest version of this (which appears to be grey in colour), but your review is probably representative of the latest version anyway. However I've decided upon Bissell's Big Green Deep Cleaning Machine because I've realised now that besides the use of chemicals, suction alone is not enough. Having a scrubbing motion in conjunction with suction as found in the Bissell, would undoubtedly produce even better results. Thanks for the review anyway.

You can get a brush attachment that goes onto the Kärcher Puzzi 10/2, but it’s quite steep in price. I’ve had both Bissell and Vax over the years and am looking to get a Puzzi as the spray is just more effective so should produce more time-efficient cleaning. Also, want something more agile as opposed to those great heavy machines.

Hi Tomas, depending on the temperature of your room, you can walk on the carpet straight away and it should be virtually dry in a couple of hours. Regards, Richard

If you have pre-sprayed the carpet with a carpet cleaning pre-spray and leave it for 10 min which it will loosen the soil better and then use your Karcher. Take this advice from a professional carpet cleaner.

I know, quality costs money. I really would like to buy one. Unfortunately, I would just need it to clean one sofa and an armchair. No carpets in my house and since the cat has passed away, no more pets.
