Hi Andrea, thank you so much for visiting. I have been using this SC2 for more than 6 months and it is really helpful when I'm deep cleaning my home. Just one thing, they should give extra microfibre floor cloth. The steam is really good. You can get one for you and it is going to help you more with your cleaning. Do you sweep before mopping? Or sweeping before hand is not necessary with steam cleaner. Can use it clean curtain, sofa, mattress and carpet? Have you tried?

One has to vacuum separately before mopping with steam cleaner. This cleaner is not a steam vacuum cleaner. Have not tried on curtains, sofa, mattress & carpets.But heard Karcher sells accessories separately for based on our requirements. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching the video! From my use, it is efficient on tiles & glass. I had some hard stains on sinks & gas hob. On repeated use, it got removed. Cost is RM 599. Hope it helps!

My living room has tiles and the bedrooms have wooden flooring. I'm still using steam mopping. I cannot find any problems and it is super clean after doing the steam mop. Hope this will be helpful for you. ☺
