@@Katie2986 you can’t win a lawsuit with 0 proof. This was season 1 of the Kardashians (when they started talking about her sex tape) which means the court case had already happened. Kris Jenner was not powerful back then, and she can’t control a judge in court when she was just Bruce Jenners wife. Therefore if they won’t a lawsuit against someone for leaking the tape without her permission, then it wasn’t Kris Jenner because someone else was sued. If it was a wrongful sentence, then that person would’ve come out by now saying “I got framed for leaking the tape”
