Karel Gott - In einer Nacht wie heut' / Ich freu' mich auf das Leben mit Dir

V roce 1992 vydal Karel Gott v Polydoru album
In einer Nacht wie heut'.
Bylo to poslední album, které vyšlo i na LP.
V dalších letech už nová alba vycházela jen na CD
a občas ještě i MC.
Z tohoto alba přináším titulní píseň, kterou v té době Karel
občas zpíval v televizních pořadech.
Další píseň pochází z alba Mitten im Leben (Polydor 1993),
které produkoval Karlu Gottovi jeho kolega Gerd Grabowski,
který je znám pod uměleckým pseudonymem G. G. Anderson.
Ten se také autorsky podílel na písni, kterou jsem zde zařadil.
Ich freu' mich auf das Leben mit Dir je svou melodikou hodně podobná písním, které G. G. Anderson zpíval.
Karel Gott z tohoto alba zpíval také v televizi Der Sommer in Athen,
kterou také složil G. G. Anderson.
Karel si v televizi také prosadil německou verzi jeho českého megahitu Když muž se ženou snídá.
V německé verzi - Wenn Du aufwachst, bin ich da.
Za zmínku stojí, že nazpíval pro toto album i další českou píseň
z alba Když muž se ženou snídá
a to Lásko, tvoje jméno je Zkáza.
Německy se píseň jmenuje Nachtflug.
Málokdo si možná všiml, že na originálním CD Mitten im Leben
řádil nejspíš tiskařský šotek a pod písněmi Wenn Du aufwachst, bin ich da a Nachtflug přehodil autory.

I'm sure that "In einer Nacht wie heut'" and "Mitten im Leben" are really strong albums!!! There are many good songs at the both albums! Karel's voice was changing very quickly since 1988, it was already noticebale on the album "Ich will dich so wie du bist", where Karel's voice sounded more mature and a little bit darker, but still very-very beautiful. I just like his albums from the early 90s! :) Thank you one more time!

Děkuji za Váš příspěvek. Já jsem velký fanda Karla Gotta od malička. Jsem ročník 1964 a Karla jsem zaregistroval už v roce 1966 od té doby ho poslouchám až dodnes. Mám rád všechny etapy jeho kariéry od 60. let až po současnost. Z hudebního hlediska mám nejraději 60. léta. Podle mého názoru nejlépe zpíval v 70. letech. Miloval jsem jeho pořady z divadla ve Slaném. V 80. letech hlasově vyzrál, zmodernizoval zvuk a začal více spolupracovat s mladšími kolegy. Jsem rád, že v roce 1990 neukončil kariéru a pokračoval dál. Jak český, tak i německý repertoár přinesl na nových albech hodně pozoruhodného materiálu. Když v roce 2015 onemocněl rakovinou, myslel jsem si, že už je to definitivní konec jeho kariéry a že už nikdy nebude zpívat. Byl jsem z toho hodně smutný. Bohužel chemoterapie mu zničily hlas, už to není ten Gott, jakého jsme znali, ale přesto se nám pořád snaží něco sdělit a to sdělení v posledních písních je velmi silné. Fanoušci to chápou a jsou tolerantní, neočekávají, že v osmdesáti letech bude zpívat jako když mu bylo 40 let a byl hlasově na vrcholu. Mají ho rádi za všechno, co za ta léta udělal. Mám doma skoro celou jeho sbírku. Chybí mi jen některá výběrová LP a CD Polydoru, řadovky mám všechny a z české produkce téměř vše. Originální DVD mám naprosto všechna. Takový zpěvák jako je Karel Gott už tady nikdy nebude. Jsem rád, že mohu žít v jeho éře, je to úžasné a obdivuhodné.

Thank you for your contribution. I'm a big fan of Karel Gott since I was a kid. I am 1964 and I already registered Karel in 1966 I have listened to it ever since. I love all the stages of his career from the 1960s to the present. From the musical point of view, I prefer the 1960s. In my opinion, he sang best in the 1970s. I loved his shows from the theater in Slaný. In the 80s, he matured vocally, modernized the sound and began working more closely with younger colleagues. I'm glad he didn't finish his career in 1990 and went on. Both the Czech and German repertoire brought a lot of remarkable material on the new albums. When he fell ill with cancer in 2015, I thought it was the definitive end of his career and that he would never sing again. It made me very sad. Unfortunately chemotherapy has ruined his voice, it's not the Gott anymore, that we knew, but still trying to tell us something and the message in the last songs is very strong. Fans understand it and are tolerant, do not expect to be singing at the age of eighty as if he was 40 years old and was vocally on top. They love him for everything he's done over the years. I have almost all his collection at home. I miss only some selective LP and CD Polydor, I have all the lines and almost everything from Czech production. I have all the original DVDs. A singer like Karel Gott will never be here again. Glad to live in his era, it's amazing and admirable.

I am born 2001 and I don't live in Czech Republic or Germany, but when I was 12 I accidentally discovered Karel Gott's "Biene Maja" song, what made me very happy. And since then I'm a big fan of him. He is something like an example of the wonderful and successful person, and proffesional singer with amazing voice. He has beauty, charm and strong vocal abilities! How can one not to like Karel Gott?? Thank You! :)

By the way, Jirko, if it is possible, could You please upload the song "Der Sommer in Athen" for the fans :) In your description You wrote about this song and about singing it on the TV. I know that Karel sang it two times in the Show "Die Deutsche Schlagerparade": firtsly at the Sendung # 61 (21. August, 1993) and then at the Sendung # 62 (18. September, 1993), where he took the 1st place with this song.

I also have this reworked from VHS, but unfortunately the quality is bad enough. I was already considering whether to put these songs there because the picture is not very clear, but I thought the fans would appreciate it. But in the case of Sommer in Athen, the recording is poor. Sorry.
