I'm one of your biggest fans and have been a club member for years. Your products are amazing! But so many paper crafters I know are tired of items selling out in a day. I am including myself in this category. Maybe to some at your corporate office the fast sell out is seen as a 'success', but the end result is significantly different and has negative ramifications; people are changing brands and leaving the craft all together. It's simply too frustrating and many are giving up. If your items are constantly selling out in a couple days then you're not ordering enough. And this is not a one-time occurrence, it's launch after launch after launch. People are busy and most are not able to be on your site the instant a new product is released, and heck even checking out your video in 48 hours is great, but what's the point of watching if items are already sold out. Going forward order more product, significantly more because the demand is there to sell your launches. Further not only do your launches sell out in a day, but in the rare occasion you do bring something back that too sells out in a day and the frustration sets in all over again. Please understand I'm writing because I'm one of your biggest fans. I hate experiencing it myself as well as hearing from so many how they are frustrated with the constant sell-outs. You're losing so much money by not having enough stock to meet demand. Sad I missed out again, this design is ADORABLE. Kudos to the design team.

Hello there Tracey. We completely understand your frustration, and have in fact been significantly increasing the numbers of dies we have been ordering for each launch for a while now to try to keep up with demand. This isn't an instant process though, as products are ordered many months in advance so the increased numbers will be coming in over the next few launches. With regards to this set, I understand this is now sold out in the US store, but we do still have it available in the UK store and we can ship to the US directly from here. Alternatively, please contact Customer Services with your details so they are aware you would like this if we do find any additional stock. Many thanks for being a Tonic superfan!
