That would’ve been so amazing. I loved my dad I was punished for reminding my mom I was “just like your dad” looks, personality, hobbies. My safe place was my dads every other weekend. She called the police bc he put Sun in on my hair once and another time saying he kidnapped me bc he took me to his girlfriends on his visitation time ticked her off. Would tell me my dad didn’t care about me was a drunk. As I got older it made me so resentful of my mom. I realized like most kids it was completely B S. Even trying to have the other parent arrested for putting in spray Sun in on a child’s hair is insane… always had police showing up over stuff like that or we’d build go karts mopeds dirt bikes etc. even made a dirt track in the backyard and claimed it was dangerous and no regard for my safety. It was rough I use to ball and cry when she’d pick me up. Like most kids they’ll know better but takes longer than most think. I knew at a very young age but most parents who do that are a little more obscure about it. My mom flat out didn’t care didn’t try to hide it would do absolutely anything to get him arrested and turn me against my dad. Sadly when I finally became an adult he passed away unexpectedly a short time later. Even still at 37 I’m very resentful about it toward my mom. I don’t understand how/why mothers do this

Exactly,it's absolutely makes me furious to see this done to kids. When my husband and I separated, we stayed amicable, if we needed to talk sometime over about the kids, we got a sitter, and did just that, level headed, open conversation. I never held the kids from him,(he works offshore, so is gone 4 weeks, sometimes up to 6), he had thr kids anytime he wanted them, or they wanted to stay with their dad. Our problems were just that, OUR PROBLEMS. I even kicked my dad out of my house while my parents were visiting, due to my dad talking down on him infront of the kids. My dad was absolutely flabbergasted that I defended him, I explained that he was a good dad, an it was an issue between me and him and his opinion was not needed or wanted, if he couldn't respect my rules in my home and not discuss it or bad mouth him in my home, he was free to leave the same way he come. Luckily we reconciled 2.5 years after separation, and have been happily married from then for another 6 years.

@@justinbellio2285it's a component of actual Genocide. The legal definition of genocide requires violence and the intent is the destruction of an entire people (in whole of in part). Rehoming children as OP says is a component of that. In a legal/philosophical sense, forcibly removing someones children is violence. Cultural Genocide, which is not a legal term, would differ in that the goal isn't to systemic use of violence on a large scale to eradicate the people of a nation, group, ethnicity.

Here’s what I would say as someone who believes the THC should be legal. I do not believe it should be in your car. Now if your state finds it illegal, and you are in transport, you’re going to suffer the consequences. However, if you are not smoking in your car, if you are not buying large amounts, if you do not keep your THC in your car on a regular basis then it’s highly unlikely you will ever get this charge. I live in a state where it is illegal, but I am sandwiched by two states where it is legal. IF I decided to pick it up from one state, while I am traveling home, I am at risk from the border to my home of possession charges. The difference is once I get home all of that is back in the house, and my risk GREATLY reduces. It is the one thing that annoys me about people who get arrested, 9 times out of 10. The reason why the officer got to search it was because they smoked in their car sometime that day. Just like alcohol THC should not be used while driving and I have no sympathy for those who get caught in that way!

When I first saw that Elizabeth lady on the screen, I thought that it was going to be hilarious. However, seeing how much distress she was in was heartbreaking. She appeared to possibly be in withdrawal, but also looked terrified and sad, in my opinion. I wish that someone there could guide her into a detox and rehabilitation facility. Even after she most likely went through 3 days of complete hell & was probably feeling like she was hit by a truck while on zoom, she was still more polite, respectful, and calm than many other people we have seen on here. I'm glad that he let her out and I really do hope that she gets help. 🙏🏻🤞🏻💪☀️ I also would like to mention, that judge is a very kind and professional man. I think more judges should be like him. I love that he doesn't try to be all big and bad. He obviously doesn't use his position of power to "kick people while they are down" like some of the other judges that I have seen. Being in front of a judge must be terrifying. I'm so glad that I have never been in any legal trouble. I would recommend that an opening statement include the facts of the case even tho’ she is thinking that everyone knows her case. At the beginning I really thought that she had been in jail for sexual offenses and that she lost custody of her son. (What happened to Karen?)

So what I got from Karen is that she believes her child was brainwashed against her and now that the child is literally a grown adult she wants... something from the court? What was her end goal? Did she want the courts to rule that she didn't abuse her child 15 years ago? Does she want the courts to force the kid to speak with her? I mean, if what she's claiming is true (big doubts since she seems unstable as hell) then it really sucks for her but this is well and truly beyond any hope of court involvement...

As a Massachusetts resident it’s insane to see all the time and money wasted on petty marijuana charges. For us buying marijuana is like buying alcohol or cigarettes, and it’s much safer than both of those. You have a rough day at work, stressed out? Instead of having to drink a glass or 2 of wine to destress, take a few hits and you are cool as a cucumber in minutes. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Two of my grandkids that my oldest son had with his 1st wife before the devoice had to see their mom per court order. My son had custody and she never paid any child support which my son just said it wasn't worth the trouble to fight in court. When my grandkids turned 12 or 13 they went to family court with their dad where the judged asked them questions and one being "Do you wish to see your mom anymore" which they said no. The judge then told my son that he will no longer be required to meet any and all visitation requirements from this time forward, unless he wanted to. If her son is 18 and he don't want anything do do with his mom he don't have to in my opinion!

But I def don't like judges trying to make medical pronouncements from the bench (your clip of Judge Bryant). I'm sure they wouldn't like a doctor lecturing them on the law. Just because you have a robe, it doesn't make you an expert on everything. But yeah, the law is the law.
