I looked up the penalty for a 2nd DUI and it's usually 96hrs/ 4 days in jail, license suspended for 2yrs., dui classes and 3-5yrs summary probation. I feel that she may have time served with the time she's already spent in jail, the other days could be suspended, done on house arrest or community service, hoping she gets the help she needs and has learned from this.
