I went through what you're going through years ago. I feel your pain. My tongue was partially cut off and sewed to the bottom of my mouth. Because of my dry mouth, my tongue is constantly burning. It's painful to eat and even to talk. I live on ibuprofen. I use Xylimelts when I go to bed, I use biotene and oasis for dry mouth but nothing is healing my tongue. any suggestions
