I worked at a McDonald’s in the 70s and remember a customer was pissed that he got onions on his cheeseburgers after he asked to hold them off , came back and threw them at our manager. He got arrested a few blocks away.

Okay so for the woman that didn't get sauce for her tacos more likely want to talk about. Here's the thing they don't automatically put taco sauce in the bags anymore unless you ask for it. And sometimes I'll ask you when you get to the pay for your food if you go to the drive-thru do you want sauce. Some people say yes some people say no and they forget that they want sauce and then drive off without it. It's not that big of a deal just go back in and say hey I forgot to ask for taco sauce can I get some. But I guess for some people they feel that gives him the right to go batshit crazy and act like a lunatic

I worked at a burger place in my Hometown and we had a customer come in wanting to call the cops on us because we didn't put bacon on his hamburger, even though we were gonna give it to the guy for free. But At least his wife apologize to us for its behavior and even gave us a tip.

As current McDonald’s employee, most of the people I deal with are nice or neutral, and I sincerely thank you for that. However, for the ones that cause problems, yelling, complaining, gaslighting and everything in between. Just know, all of us employees would love to put you in your place whether it be physically or verbally, but we simply have to nod and agree to everything you say. If our careers and reputation weren’t on the line many of us would have already taught these types of customers the lesson they deserve. Please just use your common sense, if you have any. Thank you.

My first job was at a fast food Japanese food place. There was a gentleman who came in and ordered a certain meal, and I gave him exactly what he ordered. About 5-7 hours he came back with a HUGE, overweight teenager and the gentleman slammed the bag with food on the counter telling me that we “always” give him the wrong food. Right after that the teenager said “yeah, get it right or I’ll hit you.” I cracked up and just gave him the food that he wanted. Some people just need to take their meds and chill.
