Karen Read case status hearing scheduled for Monday

A new trial date could be selected tomorrow and under state law, that date must be before July first 2025, exactly one year after the mistrial was declared.

@@observationsofmineyes, the one with evidence from the DOJ/FBI, butt dials, unansweeed/answered phone calls, lies about Colin not being there, the plow driver, the time stamp that shows Karen checking into Johns WiFi at 12:32am when Johns phone was still climbing stairs, and Jen was saying Karen was still outside. The one where Mr. Albert and Mr. Higgins rehomed their phones the day before the court order not to. The ones where the lead investigator was out drinking with Brian Alberts brother. The one where the Sally port video was deleted on one side of the Sally port and mirrored on the other video and where the time stamp was changed to make it look normal. The one where the magical hair made it miles through the wind and snow storm and through the melting ice while in the Sally port. The one where all the “Real Professional” crime scene agents (1st on scene) walked shoulder to shoulder finding NoBroken Glass. The one where the CWs own witness said Karen Reads car taillight wasn’t damaged, just cracked when he saw it! I can go on if you’d like. It’s the facts.

It is not just his arm, and it was not a direct hit. The last FBI investigator said that John threw his drinking glass at the tail light and cracked it. They were arguing

@@Michbeachlover So the tail light put teeth marks in his arm? Take anything from the feds with a grain of salt. They are the ones who took over the investigation of the lady from Michigan who got caught by the small town PD with 15,000 ballots in her car. They notified the FBI and they swooped in and took over the case... That was August of 2020. The police report is still public. It did happen. I hate to bring that up again, but damn that really ruined the movie Point Break for me. They probably saw him throw the glass on the neighbor's ring camera footage that mysteriously vanished.

Anybody who thinks Karen Read is innocent either is super biased or not too bright. What’s the free Karen theory? That her tail lights was busted with a tail light at 5;07 on camera is just a coincidence? She mentioned it at 4;50 in front of Kaylee while using Kaylee’s phone at 4;50. She reversed at serious speed at the same time John doesn’t move again till 6;15 ? Lol. So do the Karen people believe cops killed him or close to death, then let their doggy chew on him 😂 then dump him on their front lawn. Guilty, sorry. The state needs more than one attorney to carry this heavy burden. Did anyone notice how O’keefe was staring at her as she was leaving the second bar with a couple of ladies? Their tension carried over into their car ride. They argued…. Her car kept moving up, because they wanted to argue in private. He got out of the SUV, at some point she threw the glass at him, perhaps it hit his head and caused that contusion. She got back in SUV to leave, and somehow backed into him. Her tailgate got damaged. She left the scene and went home. She covers herself by pretending to look for John. When she arrived on scene, she goes straight to him! On the video, you see her and her dad giving special attention to the back of the SUV. Guilty. Great defense attorney. Poor O’keefe

@@ByronTexas I will be happy too. The coverup never happened. my opinion. She did indeed hit him in a drunken stupor. Did she murder him absolutely not intentionally. But she knew right where to take the girls. Do I think she should serve prison time. NO. But she does need to be punished for drinking & driving. As a society we all need to make better judgement. Including those cops who & need to be fired. Absolutely. I saw no proof that the cops framed her. Which is why I think she knows she hit him. That is her defense they framed her. Not having it. . Just my opinion. Which is why the jury hung. This is bullshit that the jury found her not guilty on 2 of the accounts.

@@jfk32975 OK, three accident reconstruction experts, hired by the FBI, not the Defense, testified that A) John was NOT hit by a vehicle and B) that the vehicular damage was NOT caused by hitting a person. Aside from the expert testimony that included two other medical experts that concluded that Johns arm injuries were inflicted by a large animal, how do YOU explain zero injuries below his nose: no bruising, no broken bones but yet you say he was hit and flew 30 feet away? Do you know what happens to a human body if it's hit with enough force to land 30 feet away? You cannot just say "she hit him" and ignore all the evidence and expect to be taken seriously
