Nobody with clear conscience would butt dial those many times, destroy phones this evidence, sell their house for $50K loss, rehome their pet, and search hos long to die in cold at 2:27 AM.

Wow great videos (I’ve seen pt 1 and 2). I’ve been following the case, and with your videos to help, I’m convinced John was attacked inside the house then taken outside.

Great videos. Considering this case, have you considered calling the ARCCA guys that are being called as experts to see if they could use your skills? They do stuff like this.

Excellent video. Thank you for this. I'm looking forward to see the Defense get their turn to really start rolling out the federal exculpatory evidence and all the other evidence they already had prepared. I subscribed to see your next vid. Good work.

You should do one showing that John entered through the main front door and went straight down to the basement where everyone was hanging out and the dog attacked him by the arm. John punches the dog and Collin Albert punches John back and he falls back hard onto a dumbbell. It fits the timeline- I think he entered at 12:21 and Karen Reed was still outside as late as 12:24 waiting for John to txt her the vibe. A lot can happen in 3 min.

No proof he ever entered the house. Why would anyone beat on him?? Why did karen call him 1 min after arriving at his home cursing & yelling 'i hate you' , why would she be up all night calling him 53 x? She was the last one to be with him and the first to know exactly where to find him..are all you ppl blind or what?

@@ritaeichler2066ok, those are not strange questions, I call my wife after I get home if she is not there? Why don't you find it strange the Jen dialed Johns phones15 times, after Karen dropped him off. She claims to have seen the car, texted him to park behind her car, and the. Called 12 butt dialed calls? Lots of butt dialed in this case.

THANK YOU. -- first, as usual, for the AMAZING clear graphics -- simple "b&w" and focused on outlines of people/structures to hone-in on the dynamics/movements and not get distracted by "decorative" details. Second, for mentioning issues/questions about the case. I think even before verdict, educated speculation based on facts is perfectly reasonable and ethical (no going down rabbit holes) -- but in some still-unresolved cases with multiple competing possible scenarios you should illustrate a couple of these scenarios so viewers can better grasp them . Btw, long overdue, but I finally followed you on TikTok (I'm not big on social media)...lmk where else I can follow you. Thank you, Amber.

I really appreciate the quality of your work. I would have liked to see a rendition like this in the trial of William 'Bud' Ackerman in South Carolina, who was charged the murder of Kenneth 'Davis' McClendon. The jury took less than thirty minutes to reach a verdict of guilty of murder, but I wasn't convinced.

Great work! Could you visualize what Brian Higgins would’ve seen looking out his windshield when he left 34 Fairview at 1:22 am and then drove directly to the CPD HQ? JO’s body would have been 25ft in front of him just past his right bumper. Don’t see how he could have not spotted John on the lawn - unless his body wasn’t there yet!

Nice work and good observation that John would have had plenty of time to see the suv approaching and to jump out of the way if Karen had really backed up 60 feet.

The video shows the car hitting John in the legs. He was only hit in the face. He also had a phone and glass in his hand the entire time. Also, Karen was drunk. I’ve seen a sober person trying to recreate that maneuver being sober, during the day with no snow and it was impossible due to the inability to reach that speed from only 61 feet.

In the 911 call Jen McCabe states they turned John over so he was either on his side or face down. Trooper Paul stated that John was hit in the arm spun around, head hit the concrete and bounced 30 feet. Sounds ridiculous

@darrenlocke5627
@darrenlocke5627 2 ай бұрын
Technically you both are correct. Jackson asked Paul if he measured the scene, and Pual claimed he did and had his little scale. On direct, Paul stated that the impact zone is from the fairest point of the broken taillight/debris. This was before Paul knew the taillight( planted) was found near the fire hydrant and according to Paul, that was 30 feet away. The Judge sustained the objection, but why? How can you get hit in the street at 30 mph and fly 30 feet?

Thank you. 1. If she hit him from the front, how did he get a gash in the back of his head? 2. He's over 6 feet tall. If she hit him, his face wouldn't be anywhere near the tail light. How did he get two black eyes? 3. If she hit him and his body flew into the yard, how did he get those scratches just on his right arm?

To bunny no that's the prosecutions theory so no way can an average person go 24 mphr in reverse in snow and slam their breaks without noises. No evidence.

Good video, but he was found between the flag pole and fire hydrant. No fractures or bruising below the neck. No long bone fractures and nothing in the autopsy says it was an impact of any kind other than that massive gash on the back of his head. He was not hit by a vehicle even at low speed.

Thank you. Your videos are very helpful. Would you consider doing a recreation of all the people who claimed to be looking out of the front windows/door of the Albert home in conjunction with the times they claimed they saw Karen’s SUV in front, then moving positions along the front of the home? It just seems like too many people were looking out of the window to see nothing other than Read’s SUV. I can’t keep their accounts straight.

Front door was open with Storm door closed. It's not that far from the flagpole to front door. No reason for them not to hear unless music was blaring so loud that they couldn't even hear each other talking. We know that's not true because they told us they were conversing.

Good video, but Jen said she could see Karen's suv parked in front of the house and under oath prior to trial, she said she saw John get out of Karen's vehicle. She never looked for John after that of he didn't go into the house. He obviously did. Her hello texts I believe were a cover. I do rhink prior to John getting out of the suv, Karen drove by the house, stopoed, backed up fast, and dropped him off. Trooper Paul wants us to believe thats when Karen hit him, but he only has injuries on his head and right arm and on his right arm it looks like dog attack marks. The defense will show the jury that he was not hit by a car. They will show that John was attacked inside the home whole Chloe the dog also attacked him, he he fell and hit the back of his head making him unconscious. The FBI took the original Cellar door that leads to the bulkhead and replaced it with a new one. Guarantee you John's blood is on that door and Karen and John had never been to that house until that morning.

As visual learner, recreations really help and your content is very helpful for that. But to the comment section, one question to ask is wether or not said vehicle has a reverse speed limiter just as most have a top forward speed limiter. If a vehicle is limited to, let's say 15mph in reverse, then the distance needed to reach 20+mph in reverse becomes irreverent unless said system was possibly modified or malfunctioning. Also if a key log can be pulled, what about an impact log that might register data from any of the gyro or G-sensors on the vehicle. Does the house have a security system, I think more modern systems also have an event log like "Front Door Open" and so on, possibly with a timestamp. Any cameras on nearby houses that would have reacted to a trigger of sound and or motion? I saw one the other day that captured a meteor. Also people are as predictable as they are unpredictable for why they do or do not do something. There is plenty of video's showing people doing or reacting in way's that makes one say why would you do that. Next injuries are probably very specific and probably cause specific side effects. Like if he had raccoon eyes and this is said to be because of some type of blunt force to the head, then one should be able to define how much force minimums and what contact point minimums are required to result is such a side effect of an injury. What one thinks happened is closer to spread speculation until proven data can specifically align. Impulse assumption vs knowledge. Just to be clear, Other than the few video's Ive watched here on this KZbin channel, I have no knowledge of this trial, court case or what happened, nor do I have any association.

Turtleboy simulated driving backward and got around 16-18 mph and said that it was scary at that point. He was driving without snow. It seems highly unlikely KR would have been driving in reverse that fast in the snow. Is there any evidence that she drove in reverse at all or was this just a theory by law enforcement?

You seem to want her to be innocent, and therefore interpret or create Evidence for that conclusion. She’s clearly guilt to me, and I don’t Understand why people are so emotionally drawn to her possible Innocence. Someone could easily stand in the road, wondering why she’s Backing up. I wouldn’t have moved. I would assume she was coming back to talk to me. And it’s certainly possible for the cell phone to be under his body. Your assumptions are not proof in any way. Perhaps you are related to her, or friends. I’m surprised and disappointed by your assumptions and analysis.
