No that's over. The judge read 3,500 pages of grand jury testimony. There was no hint of any other culprit other than Karen. The FBI has no jurisdiction over a state case unless there's child sex trafficking or counterfeit currency involved. The real scandal here is how Karen Read's family even got the FBI involved.

I think it’s because of the DA Morresey’s involvement. He made that biased statement about the time FBI got involved, where he said that Colin wasn’t in the house, the Albert’s wasn’t involved and that Karen was guilty. That statement got him in hot water and that might be why Auntie Bev has to be biased to save face for the DA, or maybe to keep her job? It sounds like it’s primarily the DA and Michael Proctor that’s being investigated for now, but hopefully the FBI and DOA will get to the bottom of this and hold all of the involved accountable.

She was asked by the defense to recuse herself last year regarding ties she possibly had to the Albert and McCabe family. Judges should not even have the appearance of impropriety. She did refused.

Another wonderful video! I was hopeful that the jury can see through the CW's case and the bias antics of the judge. However, during yesterday's vois dire of the Defense's 3 expert witnesses, Judge Bev was extremely harsh in my opinion to Dr. Russell. She's the "dog bite expert". I feel so anxious that she will exclude her expert testimony. I have more faith that she cannot exclude the other two doctors though. What's so crazy to me is that there is some group or entity behind the scenes like MA politicians or some sort of MA Supreme Court group of judges who have some sort of vested interest in convicting KR with no impunity. I can't see why they don't care the world is watching and judging these proceedings? I'm wondering if the CW loses and the DOJ/FBI has the information from this case to proceed with their own investigations that it will expose so much corruption from the DA office and MA State Police and Canton PD. That may jeopardize too many other convictions. Is that why they are going to such extraordinary lengths to cover up the actions of Proctor and MA State Police and even DA Lally? If Bev is hoping for an appointment on the MA Supreme Court, how in the world will she get public support when it seems to me most worldwide online viewers are appalled at her behavior? There must be something very big at stake for these people and whoever is watching and pushing Bev to help DA Lally so much that she is risking her personal reputation. I just hope KR is found not guilty and TurtleBoy's charges are also dropped. It just gives me chills that some greater entity than Judge Bev is pushing her in this way. It seems ominous like they would try to tamper with the jury to make sure there's no acquittal. But again thank you for this reading.

Besides my other comment about lawyers at times favoring the prosecution, I heard from a man called “turtle boy” (who isn’t liked by many) being threatened by a McCabe family member telling him Bev is their Aunt. It was screenshotted and shown in one of his videos. He showed this to the defense team and they took it very seriously. We’ll see what happens.

My opinion is - we hear this a lot about other Judges showing favoritism towards the prosecution- ect. According to federal law If any judge is showing biased, & or secretly harboring an Agenda against the defense... Then they are violating their oath of office & violating the defendants Due processing rights to a fair & square trail... The judge cannot be impartial to a defendant for any reason. If so then that would serve as a conflict of interest against the defendant & their constitutional rights.. And any Judge feeling this way should recuse themselves from their role as a Superior. Which incidentally this Miss judge Bev was giving a clear opportunity to do just that- but she declined - claiming how absurd that sounded.. What if anything that now means is this Judge Bev has been granted every opportunity to prove that she is in fact impartial & unbiased... Simply because the Defense did not pressure or file charges against the Bev... They chose to simply take her on her word. But now we're seeing this Judge doing the polar opposite of trying to disprove the defenses allegations that she may have a stake in the outcome of what happens with Karen Read. To the contrary, & every other step of the way - this Judge Bev is proving, that the Defense was. Indeed correct in their assertion The Bev was harboring a secretive Agenda & in fact does have a conflict of interest with Karen Read. Now I don't know much about tarot cards per say... But from your "Reading" here.. No pun intended of course😉... From your Reading I believe is revealing some dark hidden secrets lurking just beneath the surface of one slightly crooked Judge Bev.... Its almost like you're cheating a bit with your tarot cards here- I.e. they're giving insights that would perceivably take a normal investigative body perhaps yrs to uncover... Where is you're getting that information handed to you by just simply interpreting what the hidden truths within these cards reveal.... Didn't Judge Bevs father or was it her brother get a six month sentence for Colin Alberts father Chris 20 odd years ago for killing a young student in a hit & run. It's said he was driving whilst DUI. Also, I would like you to Look into the case of Sandra Birchmore. Did she really commit suicide or was she murdered? It has been said she was a police cadet from the age of 13 & was groomed by Boston cops. She was pregnant when she died. I believe John being in the SA department in Boston was working on this case. This is why he was silenced. The people involved with the paedo ring couldn't be outed, hence why phones & sim cards were destroyed. I don't believe this has anything to do with Karen, they are trying to take out two birds/people with the one stone.

All of the people in this friend group “say” they loved John, but their actions suggest differently. Maybe they did like or love him, but they just love their son, nephew, brother, self more, but in death he has been treated with such disrespect it is hard to even imagine. Regarding the judge, it would possibly be helpful to see a previous case she presided over for comparison. But in this case she seems just universally irritated all the time. She allows the prosecutor to just drone on and on and on, but restricts the defense to a few questions, or say a half hour on cross after four hours of direct. I have never seen a Judge literally reframe question after question to the witness, literally acting as a lawyer instead of judge. I might just not be very knowledgeable about judge behavior. In American Jurisprudence, at least as per our Constitution, if any error in advantage is to be given, it is to be given to the ACCUSED, because the power of the state is far greater, and we are Presumed Innocent, UNLESS, not until, proven guilty by a court/jury of our peers. If I were guessing, the judge had a debt to be paid, probably favor wise, not money, from the past. Her marker has been called in. She would rather be anywhere else than where she is now. And she has probably discovered in the last six months that many people she had great fondness for have been using her for weekends at the Cape, not actually returning her fondness. All allegedly.

I would have seen her with the Empress card too... the way she runs the trial is very creative but sadly that creativity is strictly for the benefit of the Commonwealth. I have watched the Karen Read Trial from the beginning and there is no doubt in my mind that Judge Beverley Cannone is biased. Whatever her reasons are for this obvious bias, I believe it should not be condoned because if Karen Read is found guilty (Heaven forbid) it will be a massive miscarriage of justice. The so-called CW expert, Trooper Paul, did nothing whatsoever to convince me that John O'Keefe was struck by a car. The expert on dog bites did everything to convince me that he was attacked by a large dog, but "Auntie Bev" is trying to stop this expert from giving her opinion in the trial. We all see things differently, I know, but an UNBIASED person would see AUNTIE BEV as extremely biased... And so do the tarot cards!
