I work in Dunnes on checkouts and it was mental busy over Christmas. The quality of the food is great but the biggest reason it’s so busy is the vouchers 😊

I tried the new frozen beef wellington. It fed 3 adults and was very nice. We had roast potatoes and Brussels sprouts and parsnips and carrots. I always use a roasting bag for the vegetables. The cost was €17 /€18. It was worth it because I definitely wouldn't make a beef wellington myself.

Thanks for sharing your grocery shopping in irish stores.I shop in mostly dunnes stores.Sometimes in Supervalu.I also shop in other supermarkets like tesco ,lidl and Aldi.And shops when i only need some bits like Centra ,Londis and spar.Happy christmas to you and your sister and your family.And happy new year 2025.

This was interesting. About the only places around here that we can find European-style foods are Trader Joe's and World Market.
