Grape Salad, easy, delicious, an amazing side dish

A few ingredients and you have an amazing dish to serve. It's called a salad but there is no lettuce in sight. Try this. You will be amazed at how delicious it is.

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
8 oz sour cream
2 lbs green grapes
2 lbs red grapes
brown sugar
chopped pecans
With a hand mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Fold in grapes. Top with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
You can top individually or as a whole salad.

A friend gave me a recipe for this but she adds the brown sugar in with the cream cheese,etc. I just love it.

That’s a gorgeous side dish and I know it’s gonna be good. I love fruit with pork. Pineapple is my favorite with pork. But for a summer time side for pork this grape salad is perfect.. Hope you enjoy your vacation. Love to you and Pop!!! ❤❤❤❤

Hey Karen....I made this for the first time a couple of years ago....I couldn't believe how refreshing it was. I added English Walnuts on mine. Try with Splenda…they have Reg “white “ sugar and “brown” sugar as well…you can adjust to your diet❣️✨👋🌝💟☮️
