Something similar to the second clip happened at my local library about 15 years ago. A woman was trying to steal a bunch of DVDs by hiding them in her baby's stroller. With the baby still in it. She even had it all planned out. She signed some other DVDs out but had "accidentally" forgotten about one which set off the library's anti theft alarm after she walked out. Turned around and left her stroller outside and walked back in to sign out the "forgotten" DVD. What she didn't plan for was a passer-by to freak out over her walking away from her baby and run over to bring her back her stroller and chew her out for leaving her baby unattended. The shocked look on everyone's faces when the alarm went off because of it paled in comparison to the look of horror on the woman's face and outraged understanding on the faces of the librarians and security who were walking around. Sidenote, my local library is not a separate building but shares a building with one of our local theaters.

Something like this happened around Black Friday. This couple had a baby in their stroller at the bookstore I work at and the dad snuck like fourth dollars worth of mangas in the baby stroller and i can’t remember how much worth of mangas he had, but he snuck some in his jacket too. There was apparently more because the couple ended up having about 80 to 90 dollars worth of mangas… 👀
