kind of like how the invention of the camera brought in a whole new field of art called photography (which was controversial at the time), i believe AI will be used to make new forms of art that were not practically possible before. What is NOT art though is letting AI do all the work for you by just giving it a prompt and then calling it “your picture” even though it’s basically just acting as a fraud trying to trick people into thinking an artist drew it. This video on the other hand is actually transformative using AI as a tool.
