アニメ後半は原作のどこまでで畳むかとかで色々立て込んだのか、ガイナックスの悪いところ（エヴァのような抽象画、印象画のような一枚絵の演出乱立等）が出てしまい、纏まりがなく打ち切りっぽく終わってしまったのが残念でした。 ただ、アニメオリジナルの設定や話はほぼなかったので、アニメの続きが気になる方は原作少女漫画をそのまますんなり読めると思います。 登場人物にまつわるお話やキャラの掘り下げも（主人公カップルだけでなく友人知り合い含めて）素晴らしいので、アニメを視聴していた人には、是非原作漫画も読んでいただきたい作品ですね。

I love this song and Yume no naka e (夢の中へ) especially the violin version. Suuuuper love it. It always makes me cry. Both songs evoke certain, positive, hopeful feeling. I remember watching this in like 2005? I loved it. I rewatch this anime from time to time whenever I want to feel what I felt when I was still a cheerful, hopeless romantic and optimistic kid. hi everyone!! this is probably my number one anime not only in the rom com category but number one i’ve watched so far, i only started watching anime for a year, but nothing (imo) has came close to how amazing this anime felt. I watched it for the first time in november i believe in 2020, and since the first episode i felt as if it was in some sort of a dream or tha i’ve been in the same place before, ik maybe i might fantasize or over dramatize things, but this show gives amazing nostalgia tha i have not felt in a while. I loved it so much that I started the manga about a month ago and it j gave tha great feeling yet again! I’m going to start the 7th volume and i’m very excited for me to finish it!! i hope whoever is reading this and wants to try watching this anime, PLEASE DO!! even if u may not like it in the beginning or at all, it wouldn’t hurt to try!!!

안타까운 애니메이션. 원작 만화도 작가가 방향을 잘못 잡아서 망해버림. 주요 등장인물들의 트라우마를 해소하는 전개를 하나씩 보여주는 길로 갔으면 좋았을껀데 남주인공 중심으로만가서 제대로 해결이 안된 방향으로 끝난데다가 히트작도 이젠 못만들어서 정말 최악의 위치에 있음. 이 만화와 애니가 대성공으로 끝났으면 절필해도 먹고 살껀데 이제는 택도 없습니다.
