Kargil Story: Brigadier Amul Asthana | Leading Bravest of the Brave | TFC Amar Jawaan

Brigadier Amul Asthana had led 1/11 Gorkha Rifles in Kargil battle. One of his teams was tasked to clear enemy positions in order to prevent his battalion from getting exposed in the daylight. The battlefield was Khalubar. He astutely led his battalion. In this story he narrates the valiant acts of Lt. Manoj Kumar Pandey, Param Vir Chakra and other soldiers, whose daredevilry finally led to the recapture of Khalubar and other points.

I was from this area were kargil war was fought I was in 2nd I know how hardship we face that time. The war was fought with bravely by many unsung heroes.
