SOMETHING INCREDIBLE HAPPENED during this video's last prayer. Kari began praying and as she was praying I was asking God with much intensity for direction and clarity of my gifts and purpose simultaneously. So just when I thought Kari's prayer was over. Cody SAID...that there was something else he felt like praying for. To my surprise Cody started praying about what I was asking God just a minute ago. Immediately I felt complete confirmation that GOD would certainly define my path and answer my questions about my gifts and purpose. THIS PRAYER WAS DONE YEARS AGO AND IS STILL WORKING. It was as if I had just asked Cody to pray for me specifically about my personal petition. Praise God that HIS perfection is timeless and forever. Cody did not know how far and for how long his prayer would go. THE LORD does work in mysterious ways. Thank YOU JESUS.

I've been praying for a husband few years now. I described specifically what type of husband I wanted. Recently I asked God to show me this husband I just wanted to see how he looked, so few days later God showed me him in my dreams exactly what ive been praying for including his accent and hairstyle..! But God showed me much more than I asked. In the meantime I'm being faithful to him and just continuing my relationship with God.. Made mistakes along the way but finally came back to God and he still kept that guy for me all those times I was living in sin.. God is faithful even when we are not.. Hope this encourages some lonely people out there.. God knows the longing and desires of our heart and he wants to give us that. He is so good.. ❤❤

Being Christian i kept thinking about age gap in marriage..i kept thinking what God will think about it and i don't have no one to ask..and i prayed and quickly ' Kari jobe ' popped up in my head because I knew she's married and when I googled and when I found out their age gap..i was happy and relieved knowing that if God is going to be their between your relationship everything is going to work out...and i should stop concerning about age gap... God is faithful.. Some verses I used to say to myself when I was discouraged were Psalm 34:5 and Isaiah 64:4. The Lord is faithful. After 10 years I married the man He saved for me. Oh, and make a list with the characteristics you would like to find in this man! Be specific! This man exists, the Lord is preparing both of you for each other and for a mission you will accomplish together for the expansion of the Kingdom of God. Believe and wait! I walked into a church that used to be my church home...and I needed a friend, and one of my oldest and dearest heard some of what was going on...We had just lost our 29 year old son, and a whole bunch of stuff went with that; it was tragic and very hard. I had a peace about it, but grieving is hard. When they began worship, they sang, "Forever" and it just reminded me that my son is with Jesus, and we will see him again...That in itself is so amazing that because Jesus suffered death, took the keys from hell, and because of Him and what He did, we will see our son. That gets me though the day. Kari, thank you.

Thank you so much for being so raw. Although our story isn't exactly like yours, it is similar. My sister and I were trying to get pregnant at the same time; we are 8 years apart and never dreamed that the possibility would be there. However, God saw timing a little different than us and we began trying at the same time. We were both expecting our cycles, or positives, just days apart when my sister called and said that she got her positive. We were going to tell my parents together if I were to get a positive, but I didn't. 4 months have passed now and my sister's pregnancy is going well and we are excited and overjoyed for this baby, but with each passing month and another negative for my husband and myself, I just feel sadness. What led me to this video was that I just listened to "You are for me" because I felt like I just needed to hear it again...that HE is for me. In the past 4 months 8 women in my close circle, have announced their pregnancies and I was beginning to question if he is really "for me". I needed to hear both your song and your raw testimony today, so...THANK YOU!

My family was also blessed in similar ways and suffered through an emotional tradgedy also. My sister in law and I were both told that we could never have children due to things that happened to us as children, But we are strong in our faith and I found out I was pregnant the Halloween after I turned 31, Then the next week my sister in law called from Canada telling us she is pregnant as well! We were so happy! Then Panic ensued bc I was due in June, we live in Louisiana, She was due in July...In Canada, My mother in law didn't want me to have my first child alone, my mother passed away in 98 and I have no family anywhere near, But my sister in law was in Canada with no family aside from her absentee husband, I went into labor 3 weeks early , and was in labor for 3 days, my son and I almost didn't make it, he ended up staying in NIcu and was released on his actual due date. So I surprised everyone that day, Then my sis ini law had a horrible labor, pregnancy, everything. And also had to be induced only she had c section, I had natural. But with us both having premies my mother in law got to be there for both of our labors. Then 2 years later another miracle, I was pregnant with my 2nd son! !Only to have my sis n law call to say she was pregnant as well, and had the little girl she always wanted! Then a month before her daughters 1 st bday we got the call that would change the rest of all of our lives: Her husband called using her cell phone so of course my mom in law was super happy thinking she was about to speak to her daughter that lives thousands of miles away, but it wasnt her, then i heard the most heart wrenching errily familar sound as she fell to the floor, My sis n law, best friend had passed away in her sleep that previous night from a pulmonary embolism at 37 years old. I firmly believe god put me in her life to help her get through that, not to take her daughters place, but to make the blow a little softer. it took us 10 days and a huge financial fight to get her body home, and god blessed us that family was able to help pay the cost to fly her home and bury her next to family, and I knew the pain that was coursing through her heart, I know that sometimes its better just to be there in silence and take the time to let her cry or tell stories even get angry without taking it personally, Now we are almost 7 years later and I have a bond with my mom in law stronger than the bond I ever had with any of my own family short from my own mother. I feel like god gave both of us second chances, me to have a mom and her to have a daughter . We pray that one day we will have the opprtunity to get to know my sis n laws children in canada and that god will touch her now ex husband, he remarried shortly after her passinig. He doesnt think its a big deal to cut us out of their lives. Well it is. He has those babies referring to their mom by her first name so as not to offend the new wife. Her son was 4 and well remembers his mom, me and his granny. Her daughter has no memory of her mom or us, but we continue to try, we call send gifts and barely get a response . I hope they will contact us themselves when they are old enough. They deserve to know how amazing their mom was and talented and so beautiful inside and out. Or that maybe the new wife may see the importance. But there have been so many miracles and blessings in disguise to not give thanks to god and let him help us help each other get through all of lifes trying times. There is always gonna be days that feel like it cant get worse, But after we give it to god and know in our hearts things will get better, before too long it starts to get easier, and you can find joy everywhere, you just need to be patient, god does work miracles but they dont always happen over night. I was blessed to be given a mother in law so similar to my own mother, that loves me like one of her own and that does everything she can to let us know that. And that is empathetic and understanding of my feelings and needs. I can honestly say that she helped save me from myself, along with gods love and the miracle of motherhood. @@peteronward5410 I was born and raised in Grenada, MS but moved here to shreveport,la after losing my mother at 18 years old bc I couldn't handle everything I was going through there without her. I moved to New Orleans for 3 years but the atmosphere just wasn't right for me so I came back to Shreveport and have been here since. I have called Louisiana my home for the last 23 years and seldom go back to Ms. I can proudly admit that without my faith and the love from and for god I wouldn't have survived without my mom and almost didnt. But for all the horrible things I went through in my childhood god made up for all of it so many times in so many ways. I would love to hear about your family, especially your mom and her hometown. Do you get to visit there? Would u be interested in exchanging email info and gaining a new pen pal? I understand if u would rather not but I have enjoyed exchanging comments. I have found sometimes it helps to have someone to talk to that isnt bias. Just let me know. hope to hear back soon.

I had been struggling to hear from the Holy Spirit, my mind always races ahead and is full of energy. I know im not the only one that struggles with this. I sometimes even think I hear God speaking into my mind, but I never truly know if its REALLY God or just my thoughts (yes I know God can plant thoughts into our minds) or thoughts planted into my mind by Satan or a demon. I need to rely on the scriptures and learning more about Gods word, in this season of my life. I can only trust and pray that I will know when God speaks to me through the Holy Spirit more easily, over time.

I've been wondering for so long now why my dark brown eyes turned hazel when we moved to the South Colorado desert 12 years ago. The sun is shining bright here even when it's 20 degrees out. I wonder if I go back to Mississippi will they turn brown again? I hope so. All my family has brown eyes. Anyway, beautiful story of how they live together in such love. Being Russian Orthodox, this type of hipster faith seems very foreign to me, but I really do appreciate their love for God. I wish my own marriage had been good like this.

I wish when people say "God told me" they'd elaborate in what way(s) i.e. through dreams, people etc. I struggle knowing when it's God vs my own desires and I have yet to get understanding. So I feel these testimonies are a great opportunity to learn but they mostly just say "God told me" and that's it.
