A truly lovely tribute to Becca. She had been one of your very long time supporters and such a beautiful artist. I will miss her comments and encouragement.

Thanks Kate, I have known Becca nearly as long as I have known you and I am very sad at her passing, she was such an encouragement to me and a talented artist in her own right. Ahh, I can't believe your kittens (they will always be kittens in our minds) are a year old - where has the time gone? Miss Mabel may be big, but she acts like a kitten still and is so affectionate and funny! xx

You asked about heat waves. Here in Alberta, Canada, it is not cold for sure but not unbearably either. Our houses are also rarely conditioned and we regret that during no more than a week or so during our summers. Many of us do have cool basements to opt for if really needed so all good. I love the end result of today’s video.

Thanks so much Lena, I am glad it isn't too hot in Alberta and I totally understand your feelings about that week when it gets too hot without aircon, same here. Our houses are built to retain the heat, which is helpful in winter, not so helpful in a heatwave. We are back to normal cooler temperatures now, thankfully!

Thanks so much. I don't make my own paints as they are acrylics so I buy commercially made paints, I like Daler-Rowney System 3 and Amsterdam paints for gel printing with. I hope that helps!
