They all do from what I've seen. It appears building knowledge has not reached Iran. Things like you have to have a good foundation, cinder block is porous, it has to be water proofed, cement mix and sand need a certain ratio to be effective. As for the roofs I do not understand how you can have wood, plastic, dirt layer, cement layer and what ever that black rubber metal stuff was and it still leak. The blocks should be chinked on all sides inside and out. They just put concrete and the ground for floors and patios. It will Crack without a base. It makes me crazy. That is why her bath and shower buildings are falling down. Doors and windows are not put in proper frames just stuck in with plaster. A sad waste of time, money, and labor.
