It's not about saying he shouldn't express his feelings, I just wish he had waited a little longer, he obviously needed more time to sort his feelings, it would have been a much more profound. unlike Youssef, Kareem actually thinks of others when he's talking to the camera, that's what was missing in this video. As Muslims we tend to be tough on each other when mistakes are made, as of kind of reaction, and that's never helpful. Youssef and Kareem are very different, so the "if Fousey did it, why can't Kareem" isn't applicable.

Tbh, I don't think Fousey was always like this. I've been subbed to him since the "Middle Eastern Parents" series way back when he barely scratched 100,000 and went with him all the way up to his "One Million Subscribers Party". I really thought he was inspirational and was a voice for the Muslim youth especially, to not only raise awareness about Islam and what it stands for, but to make people laugh and make their day as well. Obviously, theres more to the picture nowadays. Even on KZbin, who, like you, I thought wasn't like Hollywood, its all about the numbers and who the people REALLY are takes a back seat. He's fallen victim to his own ego, but I don't think (and I never think) all hope is lost. I think he needs to take a break, find himself, then come back after healing.

In Yousef's campaign to make 'KZbin Positive Again' he talks about youtubers coming together and recognizing each others achievements instead of creating drama, Karim even mentions in the video that this was the past and Yousef may be different now. The video is relevant to what is currently being talked about in the youtube community. I think the way Karim was able to turn a negative situation he experienced with someone he looked upto into a positive and motivational message was amazing. Don't get me wrong, i love what Yousef has done for the youtube community and support his movement to make youtube positive. I hope this clears things up for you.
