You should try Un-du for the Halloween decorations! It helps take off adhesive and you can get it at Michaels. It works quite well! :)

For your window stickers, try using your hair dryer on low next to it to warm up the adhesive and make it tacky again, should help get it off and then just clean the window to get whatever sticky stuff gets left behind. Hope that helps!

Not sure if they sell it in Canada but they do in the US, it's called "Goo Gone". Try using it with a razor and gently scrape it. That should take the window clings off! :)
