It has about 50% sugar. Thats more than darker chocolate without marzipan filling but still much less than regular cheap chocolate which consists of about 60% pure sugar.

it is not too sweet, it's with dark chocolate so it's not even half as sweet as regular chocolate despite it still being filled with marzipan, you can't change the sweetness of marzipan, marzipan is sweet, the black chocolate is a nice contrast which makes the chocolate still sweet but not so sweet that you cringe (like Kinderriegel, also ich liebe Kinderriegel aber purer Zucker, Vollmilchschokolade mit süßer Milchfüllung bah, mehr als einen kann ich davon nicht mehr essen)

That's really a lot of food for one day. I mean each dish was a whole meal besides the dessert. And usually you don't find Käsespätzle as an appetizer on the menu. But everything looked really good and I also wouldn't mind a second meal now🤤 I also like to make the Sauerkraut a bit sweet but not by adding sugar but apple pieces.
