You know people say that Kobe was the closest thing to Michael Jordan, well if you take MJ out of the equation Karl Malone would of been really successful in his own right. I remember hearing a commentator stating that if the NBA split up the trophies and accomplishments like they do with the other sports, ie baseball, football etc... within their own region or district Karl Malone would of been on par with MJ. Im not an American im an Aussie, so i am not entirely sure how other sports play out a players accomplishments, but the commentators where just stating that Karl Malone if it wasnt for Jordan, we would of been saying Karl Malone is the GOAT. But like everything else MJ killed the league so much so that other players like Karl Malone, Shawn Kemp, Reggie Miller, and many, many and a lot of many other players dont get the recognition that they all deserve and probably never will. And yes im a Jordan fan, but as i got older and wiser, i understand now that when you are as great as of a player as Jordan was, its hard for the future of players and fans to fathom MJ Greatness.

Thanks for this, as much of a piece of shit human being that he is, one can't deny how great he was and how underrated he's become. I've always felt modern day bigs should work out with him instead of Hakeem. YOu're a big, learn how to be a big. Imo he has perhaps the best game for a PF. He's not fancy or exciting to watch, but very effective.
