Yeah I remember that one lol, and there's one bit where Karl did like a kids bungie jump in a tribe area, and karl was trying to convince ricky that it was high, when really it was only like 5 foot. So Ricky used the example that even if Steve fell over and bumped his head, his head would have fallen from a higher height than what karl did in the bungie jump lol.

I've heard the podcasts, but I think its just changed since he's become prominent on TV. Now he starts so many rants by just saying 'I don't like it' then seems to be struggling for reasons and pauses thinking he should say more. I just think they used to flow more naturally.
