Travel the world ? I'd not get in a bus through town with him ! Apart from that, well... not entirely, i've been abroad for 30 years ! Although if i was longer abroad than i'd spent growing up ? Then technically after that point i'd be no longer abroad ? And i don't think anybody who speaks from their heart, as Pilkington does, can be classed as an idiot ? Which all other pre-meditated politically minded egocentric types such as that french mate of his, gervais seem to be ? ? ? ?

No, I wouldn't want to travel with Karl. Those places he goes to are horrible. But he didn't choose them, of course. I'd like to go for a walk in the park with him and look at the birds and chat with him. That would be enough. For him too, because I would talk his ear off. I'm known for it.

Ricky would never do it. He wouldn't mind travelling but not the way Karl did. Ricky would be flying first class, booking King Suites in 5 star hotels, and getting limousine and helicopter tours. If he went to the Taj Mahal, he'll pay and book the place for himself for an hour so only he can enjoy it without other people there. That's just how it is. He wouldn't fly economy, sleep on a mattress in a mechanic's shop and ride in Tuk tuk's. So if they went together, it would just be 2 people experiencing 2 completely different worlds.
