I love magnesium and the one you got is better bc it doesn't cause stomach upset like some of the others at least the glycinate idk about citrate. It also helps if you work out so your body feels less sore. Also that moisturizer you got I think Elizabeth Olsen promoted it so it has to be nice. This was a great vlog Karla. Your vids are so cozy and comforting. Also I wanted to recommend you books from an author I'm loving, Julie Olivia. She has this series called Honeywood and it's about a small town/theme park romance (they are in their 20s) and the first book was great and the second is my fav. She has a new book in the series coming out in Feb too. I think she is underrated but I love the theme park setting and hadn't read a romance book like that. I think you would enjoy them.

I have the craziest dreams when I take magnesium, and so does my daughters, I think it’s because we actually go into a deep sleep and not wake up through out the night. So every time we have magnesium we wish each other happy dreams 😂.

Random observation about your dreaming: are you taking or eating/drinking anything different? I use zquil to sleep and there was a time I’d eat 3 Musketeers late at night. The interaction of the two caused me weird dreams. Now, I use binaural and theta waves to help me sleep and I’ve found with lower frequencies I have weird dreams. I listen at 6-8Hz and I’m fine, 2-4Hz and look out.
