She has established residency in California, however it plays out she will need the interstate compact probation due to now having new probation sentence for California. When blue is released he will be considered paroled, Chrisean will be on probation. So yes u r right to some degree but, They can ask for permission to cohabitate together, it's up to the parole and probation officer to decide. California rule they are not allowed to live together and would need permission. So, at this point we can't definitively say yes they can or no, they can't. If they had to they can petition the court ( judges don't always go against the probation or parole, but they have) and ask permission if the parole or probation officer decides against them wanting to be together.
