This is a show that is over by 3 in the afternoon and yet, somehow, John is able to get visibly drunk on hard seltzers. Like many of the guests on Beer on the Balcony, Doug Goodstein calls John out for getting wasted in the afternoon. It's one of my favorite things to watch.

Karl is correct, Howard did predict the future of SJ. I was listening to an old show when Artie was at SJ house in LA and that it had a stunning view of LA, like you see in movies. And Howard said “SJ will screw it up, I don’t know a divorce or something and that hose is gone”

The only reason Howard kept John on the show is because he could send him out to ask dopey questions, and Howard knew that John liked to stir the pot, and get personal details on people so he could expose them on air.

I believe a lot of John's problems are from his use of Benzos. His seizures, could be caused by doing them too quickly because he mixes them with alcohol. The entire Vegas situation was probably that he was out and his usual Dr wouldn't refill early. He goes to Vegas and thinks he can put on a show and score some from the ER. Everything he does is classic benzo abuse.
