Karma is a difficult subject, even Buddhist scholars find it is hard to explain its complicity. In this teaching, Dzongsar Khyentse RInpoche explains the meaning of karma with fantastic stories, especially for the benefit of those who are really new to Buddhism. Rinpoche also touches the definition of good and bad karma and the final aim of Buddhism.

Looks like you missed the point. I think Rinpoche means that this thing called common sense is subjective at times, just like if you are the only one that has common sense but all others haven’t, then perhaps you do not have common sense but the others have it… so it’s subjective

@mellow5123 to me, it mad e sense the following way: to be able to communicate or even to appear to you, i have to adress you in a way you can understand. But if i didn't learn and embody the ways and habits of humans beings in general and english speaking ones specifically (which might for other beings be a quite strange and sometimes obviously quite dangerous system of madness), there couldn't be any communication in that "common sense" meaning at all. Without "common" (what we share) ideas and concepts ("madness"), would you get anything i pretend to say? The "rain of madness" (our human existence or even existence in general) already has fallen, dear gentle man. 😢😂😊 Now, feel free to get or not to get mad at me!
