...we wish we had/have a leader like you from our constituency..Yuksom-Tashiding . So much development would have happened in bounds and leaps. It's disheartening how voices of intellectuals are muffled. If in centre we have Shri Kapil sibal and Shashi Tharoor ...in Sikkim we have Shri Karma Loday lupon.
