Have got a lot knowledge on this part from my parents and was still ignorant. Thank you for such an eye opening podcast. Am downloading and gonna hear whenever i am lost. I never had so much energy of negativity and anger as if I lost myself. I can see from my face the fire in my whole body. And I knew it's time to start my meditation but my circumstances and old aged parents not to my help. I miss my father he is a good guru. But his health issues. Then i started watching as many podcast as possible and only after watching this I can feel the relaxation near my cortex and cerebellum. Thanks a lot.
