Can discriminatory financial, social and political law be framed in the country on the basis of congenital matter? The thing in which no labour of man is invested can pride or exaggeration be made on that thing? And such law should not be made which create discrimination based on such thing as has been received congenitally. Then the financial benefit which we received from our families congenitally, if it is discriminatory then it can not be said as reasonable. As there exists law for receiving financial facilities from the families so various discriminations are created among men in the society. Some get more financial benefit again some get less financial benefit and again some get nothing. In this case if the money of the family is more then whatever is the standard of merit or efficiency or qualification of the children or dependant they will get more financial benefit and if the money of the family is less then they will get less financial benefit irrespective of the quality of the merit or efficiency or qualification of the children or dependant. And it may happen that if the parents or guardian think then they will not give any money to the children or dependant, they can do so. All these things are products of written or un written law. We are seeing here that there are contradictory laws in the modern democratic countries. Such state laws impede the balanced development of the citizens and the law which impede the balanced development that law loses legitimacy. The condition is such that as if there were efficacy or coexistence of two states making contradictory laws on the same matter in the single state or country within country. Which family you will born in, whether you will born in the house of President, or in the house of teacher or in the house of weaver or in the family of sweeper or in the house of rich or poor you do not determine it before birth or your labour or merit or qualification do not work in the case of determination. Because you have no existence in this mundane world before your birth. Therefore there is no labour of the individual on family, country, religion, height, characteristics which he receives congenitally. So as there is no labour or merit or efficiency or qualification or efficiency so a person has no credit or discredit in the case of getting all these things. So it will be most unjust and unreasonable to make any law which create social, political and financial discrimination basing on these things. Because there should be a background behind making a law. So once a financial law will be made for the citizens in the country on the basis of labour or merit or efficiency or qualification as yet again law will be made for financial law without any labour or merit or efficiency or qualification. All these things in the state are being done through written or unwritten law which is tantamount of two types of law which are contradictory on the same matter in the country meaning efficacy or coexistence of two states making contradictory law on the same matter in the single country .
